Many unbranded antique copper pots are old members of a professional kitchen 'batterie' that have been sold on. They come from Hotel restaurants, Bistros and Brasseries, and simple Routiers. All these pots have had a busy life but now have been refurbished and re-tinned by us. They are raised by hand rather than machine and have a simplicity and elegance all their own. They are 'one offs' exquisitely manufactured and are made for exactly the purpose for which they are designed - to cook wonderful food, beautifully.
