This is a signature heritage pan that has been hand cut - 'the dot' is visible on the base, and hand raised - copper 'stretch marks' are visible on the body. This is a true antique and where copper saute pans started.

It weighs 1.57 kilos over 3lbs 7.4 ozs.
It measures 27.5 cm across and 7 cm deep which is 10 3/4 inches and 2 3/4 inches high.

From handle to far edge is 48.5 cm, 19 inches. This is a great professional-sized sauté for all domestic and professional cuisines.

It is in refurbished condition, with a highly polished body and brand new hand wiped tin by us in Normandy. The hilt of the handle shows its heritage and age. The rivets are incredible.

It has been incredibly well looked after in its lifetime, there are minor surface scratches and signs of wear and use. There are minor dents on the base - this is a beautiful antique pan. This will cook all day long with no complaints.

This is a spectacular pan that doesn't come up for sale very often, it is one of the best around at its job and one that will appreciate in value.
