This is a chef's staple for making all sorts of foods and sautes, this is fantastic for anything that needs constant movement. This is a 'go to' pan and extremely robust.

It has been restored so it retains its history and enough to ensure its future. It has surface scratches and signs of age and use, the 100% pure tin is new hand wiped by our artisan Étameur. This is a fabulous frying pan.

The handle is firmly fixed there is no play in it at all it is chunky and has a silkiness that is impossible to fake. This is a lovely vintage pan. Stamped Villedieu France - this has three rounded rivets, superb craftmanship.

The truth is they just don't make these anymore.

This is 1.6cm copper and weighs 883 grams around 1lb 15.2 oz and measures 22 cm 8 5/8 inches in diameter and is 3.5 cm high which is 1 3/8inches.
It is 42 cm or 16 1/2" from handle to far edge.
