This pan does not come round very often, hammered, 2.4mm, new tin lining and the classic Windsor or 'Sauteuse Évasée' that has been favoured by many classically trained Chefs around the world

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud rivets. The pan sits flat.

This is a 2.4mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
