This pan is the absolute pinnacle of copper manufacture made for the professional kitchen or for a quality cook chefs domestic kitchen. It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The hammering both on the base and the sides and patina totally glistens. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud copper rivets.
This sort of pan is as rare 'as hens teeth!' and is getting more and more difficult to find.
This is a 2.4mm at it's thinnest on the rim going to 2.9mm by the handle.
This copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking

This pan has seen some life in a local Hotel. It has a leading edge dent and a rear edge dent, the edge has seen a few utensils hitting it over many years. This is the one pan you will leave on your stove or range, just to make sure everyone knows you have it. It has good, dark tin that is in good condition.
It is heritage, substance, class and elegance all in one pan.

It measures 27 cm across 10 5/8th inches
It has surface scratches, few deeper scratches from use and storage, the tin is a little lumpy as it was retinned by the Chef who used it. It has been re tinned several times in it's life time. It has a marks F, R M, SULLY and Dehillerin Paris on the body
This is all expected wear for an exceptional antique pan that has been used in a professional kitchen.

All our items are sent tracked and insured via our parcel couriers, Colissimo Business or IMX. As we are a registered French company, we are given the option by our couriers, to charge postage by the kilo (just over 2 pounds), so you don't pay any more postage than you need to. We charge only for postage charges and nothing for packing - we double box and use peanuts, polysterene and bubble wrap. Should we save any shipping costs we refund on the day of posting. Should the worst happen, as we always send fully insured, we always refund or replace.
