This lid will cover a 15/16cm pan lid with room to spare.

This will cover any large pan such as a frying pan, saute or saucepan.

I use a splash lid (both fitted and flat) all the time for spitting meats, fish or chicken and it is great to place over a pan of potatoes to ensure they cook quickly. It is balanced and totally fit for purpose.

It is an antique piece which shows wear, a slightly wavy edge, has surface scratches and a new tin lining. It weighs 389 grams 13.8 ozs, a good solid lid.

There are surface scratches and small indentations all over the piece and a tin lined underside, there are some indentations on the edge. The tin is refurbished and the copper too.

It is a super domestic size and suitable for a regular domestic cooker or range.
