Lovely, stand alone piece This is totally hand made, the copper is hand cut, the rivets are hand made the pan has been raised and hand hammered. The spout has the traditional pout shape for easy pouring.

This is real quality, stamped Made in France 1.7MM Copper
- this is the thickness a sugar pan should be, to be reactive to changes in temperature and enough to withstand high temperatures. A thicker pan will be too thick to regulate temperatures as quickly as you would need to. Specific temperatures are used to create sugar work, it only take a few degrees to make the difference between making an soft sugar solution for an Italian Meringue or toffee for a Candy Apple. You need to be in control.

You can use this pan to melt sugar for caramel or meringues!

Make your own marshmallows or nougat.

There are minor indentations and scratches on the pan. The interior and base exterior is very slightly discoloured from use and wear. All what you would expect, all authentic. The patina is exceptional.
