PROFESSIONAL JAM PAN VERY HEAVY AND FIT FOR PURPOSE. THIS COMES WITH AN ANTIQUE SOLID COPPER HAND MADE ECUMOIRE/SKIMMER TOO

The only Jam Pan you will ever need real workhorse and in very good used vintage condition - it has beautiful copper rivets on the heavy cast iron handles.

This is the most lovely professional Jam, Apple Butter, Marmalade, Fridge Jam or Jelly Pan. This is a fabulous vintage pan with reasonable wear.

There are no dents, some surface scratches, and some signs of wear and use. The ecumoire or straining spatula has a slightly wavy end.

It weighs 4.29 kilos or 9 lbs 7.5 oz and measures 41 cm across 16 1/8 inches, it is 15cm or 6 inches high, and handle to handle it is 49cm or 19 1/4 inches across.
The Ecumoire is 53.5cm long 21 inches.
This is a vintage, beautifully made jam pan - a real quality heirloom.
