Les Cuivres de Faucogney of Vesoul - one of the finest manufacturers in France from Haute Saone in Eastern France.

These are fantastic starter pans. You can use these for most domestic tasks in your kitchen. They look fabulous too. They are all marked Made in France and Les Cuivres de Faucogney apart from the 16cm which is missing the brand mark.

The secret of Les Cuivres de Faucogney is that they have thicker bases than rims - the copper thickness is where you need it.

Beautiful patina, fully lined balanced, fit for purpose, super, super set of pans. They measure 20cm, 18 cm, 16cm, 14cm, 12 cm which is 8 inches, 7 1/8, 6 1/4, 5 1/2, 4 3/4 and 4 inches

The cast iron handles are cast and polished beautifully to a pewter like finish and are silky to the touch.

This set has very minimal surface scratches and signs of wear and use, there is a new hand wiped tin lining and some minimal surface scratches due to cleaning but otherwise these look fantastic. The handles are secured by steel rivets and are solid and have no play at all.
