This is a proper working Hotel/Restaurant pan, cuisine condition, professional copper pan, Villedieu made, good solid copper rivets.

It is hammered 2.3mm copper with a hand wiped 100% tin lining

There are three massive rivets on the handle which are securely fixed.

It weighs 2.64 kilos 5lbs 13.4ozs and is 22cm across just under 8 5/8 inches, it is 12cm high or 4 3/4 inches.
Total length is 41.5 cm or 16 3/8 inches

This is a very heavy professional pan - it is a smashing 'go-to' pot for stocks, stews, or soups. This was designed to be a mainstay of a professional kitchen.

This is an exceptional piece as it could be used for cooking and for decoration. It has signs of wear and use, a new tin lining, and a new polished exterior.
