Silver Lined Small Saute French Ravinet D'Enfer Paris Silver Pan Refurbished Super Condition Silver Plate Handles and Body

The company founded in 1845 by E. Tonnelier was acquired in 1882 by Louis Ravinet (1854-1925). In 1891, Charles d’Enfert (1865-1960) joined forces with Louis Ravinet and the company took the name Ravinet d’Enfert. The Ravinet d’Enfert house is located in the former Hotel de Caumartin, 83 rue du Temple in Paris 3rd, in the heart of the Marais.

We bought this from a Flea Market in Caen. There are many vintage items we find on a weekly basis but this is something special, a real piece of French culinary charm that has survived to continue the story.

This is a small lightweight pan - it weighs 7.3ozs it is ideal for one egg or serving small Hors D'oeuvres or Entrées

There are surface scratches inside and out and signs of wear, this has been rarely sued. The silver covering is in excellent used condition. This saute is from the mid to late 20th century.
