It has been totally refurbished by us with a brand new hand wiped 100% tin lining and a brand new shine.

This is an ideal size for making a pate, terrine or confit, this is totally fit for purpose and ideal for table use as well as cooking. It is a good heavy casserole pan or dutch oven.

It has beautiful cast iron handles.

It has some signs of use and cleaning, the tin interior is in brand new condition, there are minor surface scratches, especially on the base from storage, there are no scrapes or really deep scratches. The lid rim has a very slightly wavy edge.

This is an expensive pan and it started out as one, it is a good weighted pan and it will do all you need it to do in a professional kitchen. (or a special domestic one!)
