This is an ideal size for two coq au vin or chicken chasseur or a big side dish for four, this is totally fit for purpose, great looking, fabulous quality, versatile, robust with a 2mm thick rim.

It weighs 1.54 kilos 3lbs 6.6 ozs.
20 cm interior diameter 8 inches across approx and is 9.5 cm or 3 3/4 inches deep.

It has some signs of use and cleaning, the interior is in excellent new tin wiped condition, there are surface scratches, especially on the base all expected wear and totally re-polished. There is a small edge dent in the lid.

This is in good condition. Metaux Ouvres pans were made in eastern France, good quality, classic form, and made in the 1980's - you are getting a good useful dutch oven or casserole here.

This is a ready made heirloom or one of the best bits of equipment you are likely to have in your professional kitchen.
