This is a super roasting pan or au gratin pan, it has a new in-house artisan 100% Food grade tin, a brand new shine, and a professional polish, enough to retain what makes this 'plat' special and enough to secure it's future.
This is the business, completely restored, as good as the day it was made but with the 'badges' of a true antique piece - they just don't make them like this any more.
This is beautiful, fit for purpose, robust fabulous pan, this is a proper antique gratin, there is a very minor dent in the base edge, there are scratches from years of use in a restaurant kitchen - robust and a quality manufacture and has quality bronze handles - real old-fashioned Villedieu les Poeles heritage, made to last.
