This is a gorgeous, big gratin.

Beautiful gratin dish, good big size and weight, great for pommes de terre dauphinoise or sliced potatoes with cream, garlic and onions or anything you need an over dish for - roasting vegetables, poultry or meat.

This will be useful both in a professional and domestic capacity - measure your oven before you buy this big fellow!

It has some surface scratches, surface copper losses, signs of wear, there are pin dents in the base. It is in lovely antique condition, the interior is in superb new tin condition. The tin has the tell tale swirls of new hand wiped artisan tin.

There are stretch marks on the surface from being hand raised - real quality.

It has been cared for over the many years of it's use and the exterior is in super polished condition, it is totally fit for purpose.
