This pan is in good condition, there is newly done in-house artisan done hand wiped 100% food grade safe tin lining by Bill Cox.

This pan has been lightly polished all over, there are minor surface scratches and signs of age and on the copper - this pan has been refurbished sympathetically to maintain it's genuine matured condition and to ensure it's continuing future use.

There are some small dings in the base and no damage. This has all genuine wear on a fabulous heritage pan.

A good saute like this is the unsung hero of a busy kitchen, it is light enough to be moved and flipped but robust enough to work all day. It is deep enough so when the pan is tilted in any direction, it has a great well for basting. These pans don't come along very often.

It weighs 1.58 kilos 3 lbs 7.9 ozs. It is made from 1.7mm Copper.

The pan measures 24 cm across 9 1/2 inches. From handle to edge it is 43.5 cm 17 1/8 inches.
