Massive pie dish, big plate, gratin or roasting plate - this is a versatile and big platter. Newly tinned by Bill Cox of Normandy Kitchen Copper.

Heavy and of real quality, you can understand perfectly why this pan has lasted so long - it is a testament to the Chef, beautifully taken care of and polished so it has that deep copper tone that only comes with age.

This is a usable meat roaster, kitchen platter - with new tin. This would look great as a kitchen to table item too.

Ideal for restaurant or catering establishment. It is in great refurbished antique condition. We found this in northern Normandy with many other items from an old Brocante shop. Many of our items like this are heirlooms that need a new family.

There are numerous superficial indentations, the hand wiped tin lining is in excellent new condition, it is all there and ready to go again in your kitchen.
