This pan is outstanding.

This pan is one that doesn't come round very often, a wonderful sized pan that can be used on domestic stove as well as in a highly pressured professional kitchen. This pan has a solid heavy handle, enormous rivets, excellent tin lining - amazing craftsmanship.

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud rivets. This is spectacular.

This is a 2.5mm copper saute pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
