This pan has had a busy life in a kitchen in northern France. When we found this pan it was in need of new tin and a new shine.
It has been totally refurbished by us in our new Atelier d'étamage.
We have retained the history of the pan and given it a brand new lease on life. This old girl will glide across any flat surface with ease just like when this pan was first made. The outside has a high polish and the hand wiped tin lining is fabulous.

The pan measures 18 cm across 7 inches across
9cm or 3 1/2 inches high and total length is 35cm or 13 3/4 inches.
This pan has some surface scratches, some deeper scratches and signs of age and use, there is a minor edge dent from years of use, it is a fabulous hammered surface and massive copper rivets - a truly beautiful old pan.
