This pan was made for the professional kitchen or a quality cook chef domestic kitchen. It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The hand raised hammering on the sides glistens. The forged iron handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud copper rivets.

This is a hand-hammered 2-3mm copper saucepan with a new 100% food grade hand wiped tin lining.

This copper pan can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking

This pan has seen some life in a local Hotel. The top edge has seen a few utensils hitting it over many years. There are thousands of 'dinks' all over the outside of this pan - it is an incredible find. These thick **'golden age' pans are becoming very hard to come across - it is heavy and stays where it is put.

It is heritage, substance, class and elegance all in one pan.

It weighs 1.29 kilos about 2 lbs 13.8 ozs.
It measures 14 cm across 5 1/2 inches, it is 8.5cm or 2 3/8 inches high it is 31cm or 12 1/4 inches total length.

It is in lovely antique condition, the interior is in superb new tin condition. The tin is new hand wiped artisan tin. It has the tell-tale swirl of the artisan tinsmith.

This is all expected wear for an exceptional antique pan that has been used in a professional kitchen - lots.
