French Copper manufacturing at its very best.

It weighs 1.03 kilos 2 lb 4.7 ozs.
It measures
Diameter 15.5cm 6 1/8"

It is solid copper with a new hand wiped tin lining, there are the tell-tale swirls in the surface of the tin. This has been sympathetically polished and cleaned.

It has surface scratches through storage, there are signs of use, age and wear.

We have refurbished this pan to retain the beautiful and authentic patina. It sits well with no wobble.

Totally suitable for souffles too!
