This pan is one of the pans that set the standard of modern copper pans. These usually 'fly under the radar as they don't have a recognizable name.

They are a very well-kept secret in good kitchens, a fabulous pan, part of a high class 'batterie de cuisine' one that will do everything you want it to do.

This is a 1.6mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking. It has a beveled edge.

This is an antique pan without the enormous price tag - true French artisan quality.

This is a signature heritage pan.

It weighs 1.26 kilos over 2lbs 12.5 ozs.
It measures 22 cm across and 6 cm deep which is 8 5/8 inches and 2 1/4 inches high. Total length is 39cm or 15 3/8 inches.

This lovely old saute has a couple of issues.
There is leading edge dent and a small base dent, there are minor surface scratches and signs of wear and use. There are dings on the edge from utensil use.

The tin is new, it is 100% pure food grade tin that has been thickly hand wiped. There are a couple of flows on the side.

This will cook all day long with no complaints. It sits flat.

This is a spectacular pan that doesn't come up for sale very often, it is one of the best around at its job and one that will appreciate in value.
