This pan is the absolute pinnacle of copper manufacture made for the professional kitchen or for a quality cook or chef's domestic kitchen. This is hammered and totally handmade. It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. This is over 100 years old and still in good working order.

The rivets are slightly out of alignment giving the impression of a crooked smile - firmly fixed and artisan cut and fixed.

This is an antique 1.5 mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking. It is a large pan that would be fabulous for any shellfish dishes, sauteing beef or any meats - it is a one-go-to pan and great looking.

It weighs an impressive 1.6 kilos 3lbs 9.1 ozs.
It measures 20 cm across and 6 cm deep which is 8 inches and 2 3/8 inches.

It has surface scratches, a few deeper scratches from use and storage, and a superb new tin lining. This is spectacularly hammered both on the base and sides, it really glistens. It has some pin dents in the base.

This is all expected wear for an exceptional pan that has been used in a professional kitchen since the beginning of the last century. It sits flat.

Everything is right about this pan, it is a true working antique.
