Heavy E Dehillerin copper jam pan, this is the professional pan you have been waiting for.

It weighs 3.57 kilos or over 7lbs 14.1 ozs

Lovely solid copper French confiture pan with cast copper handles secured by three copper rivets. Gorgeous patina and silky to the touch. This has been used in a domestic setting.

E Dehillerin have been retailing copper since the last but one century and still have their premises in Paris. This pan was made in Villedieu and retailed by Dehillerin. Fully stamped.

There are surface scratches from cleaning and use, there is a tiny pin dent near the rim, it will not affect how wonderful this is. It is in good used condition but do not expect a pristine pan - this one is a proper used Jam/Jelly pan. They really don't make these anymore!

It is totally fit for purpose for any jam, fridge jam, chutney, preserves or jelly making. It is also ideal for any sort of sugar craft, fudge, toffee or nougat making.

It has seen some life, there are indentations, scratches, scrapes, marks, there is a large side dent, there are other base dents, the base has a 'spring' - it will sit in you kitchen or place of work like it has always been there. This is a magnificent pan that was expertly made by an artisan in the middle of the 20th century, it has a lot more life in it yet!

The pan weighs 3.57 kilos 7lb 14.1 ozs and measures 41 cm across or 16 1/8 inches and is 14 cm or 5 1/2 inches high.
