This is a lightweight, antique au gratin dish or oven dish made in the early 1800s.

Useful domestic size. There is a repair across the base, the tin has covered the braze is expertly done using brass. The previous owners obviously thought this pan was worth saving - and so do we.

This is an antique roasting pan or au gratin pan, it has new artisan Atelier du Cuivre tin, a brand new shine, and a professional 'jex fin ' brushed base.

The remnants of the old handles are still there - this was done many years ago. There are many indentations and signs of wear. This is very, very old and has been extensively used.

This is beautiful, fit for purpose pan - real old-fashioned French Copper quality, made to last and it has.
