This pan is the business, totally fit for purpose and will last past the next ice age, it is absolutely the best you can get.

Magnificent manufacture, beautiful, robust, copper riveted 'work horse' and fabulous looking. Hammered manufacture and other bangs, dings, indentations, knocks, scrapes, bruises - all absolutely gorgeous. There is a larger rim 2.5mm on the top and a narrower body 1.8mm - unusual design.

This pan is very heavy for it's size and great copper manufacture made for the professional kitchen or for a quality cook chefs domestic kitchen. It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud copper rivets. The Handle is flatter and broader than a French pan and has a very sturdy feel to it.

This sort of pan is as rare 'as hens teeth!' and is getting more and more difficult to find.

This is a 2.5mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
