The linings are in good condition and have signs of wear from use and cleaning and they are totally in tact. The balance is perfect.

These pans have the manufacture and the quality to withstand a busy kitchen and all that entails.

Everything is right about these pans, they have super 1.7-1.9mm thick shiny copper bodies and have beautiful linings. They are all in good working order.

These pans are exceptional and will turn into a ready made heirloom. These are able to take severe punishment and come back for more, they are solid copper with an aluminium lining - almost maintenance free.

The aluminuim lining as around 10% of the total width of the pan the rest is pure copper - aluminium is a great conductor of heat.

***These should not to be confused with aluminium pans with a copper coating - these pans are solid copper with an aluminum lining.
