Special, totally professional 2.1-2.15mm workhorses. These are artisan-made super condition MATFER pans. Incredibly well made and of the highest quality.

The rivets are massive, round, solid copper that fix the handles to the bodies - really robust manufacture.

The interiors are new 100% pure tin that has been applied using the hand wiped method by a Normandy Artisan - there are tell tale swirls and 'movement' in the tin - completely authentic.

These are incredibly heavy with all the attributes you would expect from a set of professional pans and all stamped with the Chef's Hat for Matfer.

They weigh 6.05kilos - 13 lbs 5.3 ozs for four pans!
