These are a good set of copper, vintage pans, made in eastern France, stamped Fabrication Francaise 1.7-1.9mm - back in the 1980s.

They are a set of four 12cm 14cm, 16cm and 18cm with new Artisan tin linings, these have been totally refurbished and are now highly polished with new wiped 100% tin linings. These are beautiful.

The Iron handles are cast and polished beautifully to a pewter-like finish and are silky to the touch.

This set has very minimal surface scratches and signs of wear and use on the outside. There are no dents or damage.

The handles are secured by small steel rivets and are solid and have no play at all.

1. 12cm 4 3/4 inches across and 5.5cm or 2 1/5 inches high 1.9mm copper

2. 14 cm 5 1/2 inches across and 6 cm of 2 5/8th inches high
1.8mm copper

3. 16cm 6 1/4 inches across and 7.5 cm or 3 inches high

3. 18cm 7 inches across and 9 cm or 3 1/2 inches high
1.8mm copper

They weigh 4.55 kilos just over 10lbs 1.6 ozs, a good weight.

They are truly pans for an aspiring or gifted cook/chef or someone who really appreciates good old-fashioned utensils. These are fully refurbished with new tin linings ready to go again in your kitchen.

These pans look the part and work well and would grace any kitchen professional, modern, or country hanging on a pan rack or on a shelf with a light on them - the colour is fantastic.
