Bourgeat Copper Pans Vintage French 2mm Five Graduated Exceptional Commercial Quality Steel Rivets Nickel Lined Extremely Robust - Never used.

These pans are of the highest quality available. Thick, robust durable copper pans. Fabulous Bourgeat manufacture - Nickel lined.

The interiors are nickel-lined, hard wearing but reactive to heat. These interiors are suited to high-pressure environments that need durable and reliable cooking pans.

These types of pans are very popular as a more resilient and economical alternative to tin and are more reactive to heat than stainless steel.

Nickel-lined pans have a long a productive life, they are robust, dependable and reliable. These pans have never been used, they were still in the plastic bags when we bought them.

There are minimal signs of age, some surface scratches and signs of use and wear.

They have proud steel rivets that are big and robust and the handles are finished to a pewter-like finish and have no play at all. Given the style of the pans we are assuming they are un-stamped BOURGEAT.

This is a quality set of pans that will outlast all of us.
