They are solid copper, these have been used in a professional kitchen and are showing wear, pitting and scratches both inside and out. These will sit in your kitchen like they have always been there, sturdy handles with no play, solid copper rivets, thick copper bodies and and new hand wiped tin.

These pans have had a hard time in a professional kitchen, there are dings on the edges, pitting in the bases due to utensils, the tin has covered well, there are scratches on the outside.
