This is the 'old school' Fabrication Francaise, good solid workaday, hammered 'go to' pan. 2mm, new hand wiped tin lining.

This is the classic Windsor or 'Sauteuse Évasée' that has been favoured by many Chefs in France and around the world

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud rivets.

This is a smaller sized 2mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
