Beautiful gratin dish, good big size and weight, great for pommes de terre dauphinoise or sliced potatoes with cream, garlic and onions or anything you need an over dish for - roasting vegetables. poultry or meat.

There are some serious wear and use issues. The base is dented and rocks - it does not sit flat. There are many indentations, scuffs, scrapes, dings and signs of being bashed around in a extremely busy restaurant kitchen in south eastern Paris. This would suit a gas burner, this will rock on a flat stove.

The interior is in superb condition as you would expect with new hand wiped tin and the exterior is in super polished condition, it is totally fit for purpose.

This is a super heavy, beautiful, fit for purpose, robust fabulous pan - real quality.
