This is totally hand made, the copper is hand cut, the rivets are hand made the pan has been raised, soldered and hand hammered. The spout has the traditional pout shape for easy pouring.

The handle is hollow so the heat dissipates fast.

This is a pan that is thick enough to take really high temperatures that are involved in sugar craft.

It's everything you would expect from an antique pan. This is the most beautiful sugar pan I have come across for a while, this is real quality.

You can still use this pan for making candy, jams, sweets or cakes, this will take enough heat to make caramel or melt sugar to make nougat. A true artisan patissiers pan.

Heritage on your hob!

There are some signs of wear and use, the bottom is slightly rounded. There are some signs of wear and use, the bottom is very slightly rounded, it is not quite in the round. The Handle is not quite in the round too. There are some top edge dents. The interior is in neat condition, other than wear you would expect from a vintage pan. The patina is exceptional.

This is still all in fine working order.
