THIS IS EXCEPTIONAL, J JACQUOTOT, 128-130, RUE DE GRENELLE, PARIS 3MM MASSIVE COPPER RIVETS GOOD TIN LINING AND REFURBISHED SPECTACULAR PATINA J JACQUOTOT MANUFACTURE

J Jacquotot Paris 128-130 Rue de Grenelle pre 1939, this is an early manufacture, the stamp is in excellent condition.

The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud, hand cut rivets.

This is a 3mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking. This has been very well used in a pressurized environment.

THIS IS AN EARLY J JACQUOTOT IS VERY HEAVY AND VERY LARGE

There are some issues with this old pot:

1. There is an early edge repair that is in very good condition
2. The base centre is undulating and has waves from years of use
3. There are loads of top lip dents
4. There are a cloud of scratches on the base and sides
5. The tin is in excellent condition, there are some darker patches - there are signs of tin crystallization all over the inside from the latest re-tin.*

It still sits flat.

It weighs 7.84 kilos about 17lbs 4.8 ozs pounds

It is 18cm high or 7 inches
Total length is 64cm or 25 1/4 inches

The refurbishment has enabled this beautiful old pan to be used again and retained the incredible patina.
