These fluffy little treasures are now available by artisan bakers all over France.

Now with Normandy Kitchen Copper NKC NEW MADE IN FRANCE canelé molds you can made these artisan French cakes too.

These are made from solid copper, just over 1mm plus a tin lining, They are a heavy professional grade 48 grams around 1.5+ ounces each.

This is the medium mold/mould.

These Canelés measure:
Diameter 4.5cm or 1 3/4 inches
Height 4.5cm of 1 3/4 inches
They weigh 540 grams or nearly 20 ounces
