This is a robust Milk pan, Sauciere or Poacher that is perfect in every way, a real addition to any kitchen. It is solid copper with a beautiful tin lining and a rich beautiful colour. It is made in France by a quality manufacturer Pierre Vergnes Durfort in southern France. This company has been in existence since 1950.

It has been well looked after with very few marks, there is some scratches on the base, the surface has a high polish.

The interior is in wonderful condition, with recent hand wiped tin. There are some very slightly darker marks in places. It is in good overall condition. Fully stamped Pierre Vergnes, with signature.

It has been cleaned and polished and look totally the part.
It is 12 cm across 4 3/4 inches in diameter 11cm 4 1/4 inches high total length is 23cm 9 inches.

It weighs 1.19 kilos 2lb 10.3 ozs

This pan is gorgeous and would grace any kitchen modern, vintage or farmstead hanging on a pan rack or on a shelf with a light on it - the colour is fantastic.
