This is a really good size and a fantastic weight! Perfect for a commercial or especially a domestic kitchen.
This is ideal for a savoury Quiche Lorraine a generous pie, or a treacle tart, it is a good size, ideal for a Restaurant.
Of course, the best dessert to cook in this is a tarte Tatin. It is heavy, chunky and easy to manoeuvre.
It is in lovely vintage condition, the interior is in excellent condition with a hand wiped tin lining that has some very minor darkening and the exterior is in super polished condition, the base has some minor marks.
We found this pan in it's original packaging.
This is a heavy pan, although easy to move and handle.
This was made in Villedieu les Poeles by Mauviel, superb manufacture with solid copper and a tin lining.
