Three Copper Pans 2-2.1mm French Vintage Nickel Lined 16cm, 18cm and 20cm Professional Durable Ex Restaurant Pans Great Condition, New Shine.

There are some pans and some eras of copper making that are memorable and desirable, for all the right reasons. These pans have all the best qualities of traditional and all the benefits of modern manufacture.

The rivets are sturdy and robust, the handles are perfectly placed on the pan so it sits safely when empty. The base edge is slightly rounded so the base is perfectly flat. The copper is good quality and very thick - just enough for the style and use for the pans - high pressured professional.

The interiors are nickel-lined, hard wearing but reactive to heat. These interiors are suited to high-pressure environments that need durable and reliable cooking pans. These types of pans are very popular as a more resilient and economical alternative to tin and are more reactive to heat than stainless steel.

Nickel-lined pans have a long a productive life, they are robust, dependable and reliable. These pans were bought for a restaurant in the 1980s and still look fabulous and are in prime cooking condition.

There are surface scratches due to regular cleaning and signs of wear, the interiors are in excellent condition with minimal signs of age and use. There are no dents or damage.
