THIS IS SUPERB MARKED CHOMETTE FAVOR AND MADE IN FRANCE

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud rivets. It sits flat.

This is a 2.8mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking

THIS IS A BIG HOTEL RESTAURANT QUALITY PAN IDEAL FOR LARGE BATCH COOKING OR GRAND CATERING.
