This Chomette Favor medium saucepan, solid heavy handle, good rivets, new tin lining hand wiped 100% pure tin. Your professional kitchen will thank you for it.

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud rivets. It sits flat.

This is a 3mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
