This is a good flipping pan or a go to omelette pan.

1.4 mm solid copper fry and saute pan. This is a super restaurant pan that has seen a productive life in a restaurant but it has been very well cared for.

We have refurbished the outside, it has a new tin lining. This is a Villedieu made pan and it is stamped Made in France and has a bronze handle and copper rivets.

It has surface scratches, signs of wear and use.
There is a surface crack on the base of the handle - this is superficial.

This is a true flipping or omelette pan. It has a lovely bronze handle. This is not a large pan, by any means, it is one that you will pick up again and again.

It weighs 708 grams 1 lbs 8.9 ozs pounds and measures 18.5 cm across 7 1/4 inches. This is 1.4mm Copper and is in wonderful vintage condition.
