OVAL FISH SAUTE FRYING SKILLET PAN STAMPED

This oval pan is in good condition, there is in-house artisan done hand wiped 100% food grade safe tin lining.

This pan has been lightly polished all over, there are minor surface scratches and signs of age and on the copper - this pan has been refurbished sympathetically to maintain it's genuine matured condition and to ensure it's continuing future use.

There are some pin dents in the base and no damage. This has all genuine wear on a fabulous heritage pan.

A good frying pan or skillet is the unsung hero of a busy kitchen, it is light enough to be moved, when the pan is tilted forward it has a great well for basting. These pans don't come along very often.

It weighs 1.22 kilos 2 lbs 11.2 ozs. It is made from 1.5mm Copper.

The pan measures 26.5 cm across 10 1/2 inches. From handle to edge it is 48.5 cm 19 1/4 inches.
