This is a good solid workaday, hammered 'go to' pan. 1.8mm, new Artisan tin lining and the classic Windsor or 'Sauteuse Évasée' design that has been favoured by many Chefs in France and around the world. This is a smaller pan that will be your go to for special sauces or individual dishes.

Ideal sauce or jus pan.

It looks amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handle is firmly and securely fixed by three good steel rivets.

This is a 1.7mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking
