It has been used in a domestic kitchen and has been very well looked after. It is very heavy and has a real quality feel about it. This pan is a proper French pan!

This is a chefs staple for making all sort of foods and sautés, this is a really good size, this is fantastic for anything that needs constant movement. This is a 'go to' pan and extremely robust.

The interior is nickel lined, hard wearing but reactive to heat. These interiors are suited to high pressure environments that need durable and reliable cooking pans. These types of pans are very popular as a more resilient and economical alternative to tin and are more reactive to heat than stainless steel.

Nickel lined pans have a long a productive life, they are robust, dependable and reliable.

There are some surface scratches, especially on the base, enough to keep it honest! This is a proper vintage French copper pan that is in wonderful condition.

The handle is firmly fixed there is no play in it at all it is chunky and has a silkiness that is impossible to fake. This is a lovely vintage pan.
