This is a smashing nickel lined 2.2mm copper pan, it is in excellent used condition with some signs of use and wear.

It has very minor surface scratches both inside and out, has a super cast iron handle that has been polished to a silky shine. This good useful sized pan. The handle is firmly fixed. It has seen heat and pressure but this is the business, a classic, great saute or 'go to ' saucepan.

This is in good condition, it will take anything that a busy kitchen can dole out. It has great high sides so sauteing is a breeze.

The interiors are nickel lined, hard wearing but reactive to heat. These interiors are suited to high pressure environments that need durable and reliable cooking pans. These types of pans are very popular as a more resilient and economical alternative to tin and are more reactive to heat than stainless steel.

Nickel lined pans have a long a productive life, they are robust, dependable and reliable.

It has surface scratches and signs of wear and use, there is minor discolouration in the lining and minor surface pitting.
