There are some base dents and there is a slight rock on a flat surface.

The copper is 2.8mm, the rivets are firmly fixed, this is a pan that was expected to work very hard all day, this pan will do just that.

This is a 2.8mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking

This is a signature Matfer pan that was made for the Hotel trade, the highest of quality. We believe this is a Villedieu made pan.
