Here it is, this marvelous 24cm saute can be used to cook anything, boiling, sauteing, frying, poaching - the lot.

It is 1.5mm copper with a tin lining, so it will be amazingly responsive to temperature changes, ideal for a low simmer, it is deep also, so making a sauce based dish such as Beef Bourguignon or Filet mignon de porc à la moutarde is ideal.

It weighs 1.63 kilos just over 3lb 9.7 ozs and measures 24cm cm across 9 1/2 inches and 7.5 cm deep 3 inches.
