Vintage French Copper 1.5mm New Tin Lined Professional Windsor Splayed Sauce Pan Sauteuse Evasee 19.5cm Cast Iron Handle

This pan is one that doesn't come round very often, 2.6mm, new tin lining and the classic Windsor or 'Sauteuse Évasée' that has been favoured by many Chefs in France and around the world.

This is a 1.5mm copper pan that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional - it is heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking.

It sits flat, the interior has a new hand wiped tin lining.
