Two Chomette Favor big saucepans, solid heavy handles, good rivets, new tin lining hand wiped 100% food grade tin. Your professional kitchen will thank you for it.

They look amazing hanging up, the patina is absolutely exceptional. The handles are firmly and securely fixed by three massive, proud rivets. It sits flat.

These are 3mm copper pans that can be used all day long in any setting both domestic or professional -they are heavy enough to ensure exceptional longevity and exceptional even cooking

They weigh 5.2 kilos about 11 lbs 3.8 ozs
They measure:
20cm across 8 inches - 11.5cm 4 1/2 inches high
18cm across 7 inches - 10 cm 4 inches high

They have surface scratches, some losses on the base of the 20cm, some other signs of use, wear and age, it has been professionally polished and re-tinned. They have highly polished sides, and a fabulous new tin lining that shows the swirls and a flow of hand wiped tin.

We have refurbished these pans enough to retain their history as well as to ensure their future.
